CANCELLATION POLICY

WAXIETY BOOKING POLICIES 🤍 Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. These policies are in place to protect my time, keep my schedule running smoothly, and make booking fair for everyone. DEPOSITS A deposit is required to secure all appointments and must be paid through online booking and are non refundable Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Appointments are not considered booked or reserved until the deposit has been successfully paid. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit and may require a new deposit to book another appointment. NO-SHOWS A no-show is an appointment that is missed without any communication or notice. No-shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. Failure to show up without communication may also result in loss of future booking privileges. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or adjusted to avoid affecting the clients scheduled after you. If there is no longer enough time to safely and properly perform your service, your appointment may need to be canceled and treated as a late cancellation. SERVICE CHANGES If you need to remove or change a service from your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. Significant same-day changes that reduce the amount of time originally reserved may be subject to the cancellation policy. REPEATED CANCELLATIONS Repeated last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, or appointment changes may result in additional booking requirements or loss of future booking privileges. PAYMENT A valid payment method is required when booking. Any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees may be charged according to these policies. Outstanding balances or fees must be paid before another appointment can be booked. PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH ME 🤍 Life happens. Emergencies, illnesses, childcare issues, car trouble, and unexpected situations come up. If something happens, please communicate with me as soon as you can. I will always do my best to work with you when possible. There is a big difference between an unexpected situation that is communicated and simply not showing up. By booking an appointment with Waxiety, you acknowledge and agree to these booking and cancellation policies.
