CANCELLATION POLICY

At Waxiety, we understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. To ensure that we can accommodate all clients and respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask you to observe our cancellation policy: **24-Hour Notice** We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the service fee. **Same-Day Cancellations** If an appointment is canceled within the same day of the scheduled time, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. **No-Shows** Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any prior notice will be charged the full cost of the service. Multiple no-shows may result in future appointment restrictions. **Late Arrivals** If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to accommodate other clients. If rescheduling is necessary, it may be considered a same-day cancellation and subject to the same fee. **Exceptions** We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to cancel within the required time due to illness or an unexpected emergency, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate. **Pre-Paid Appointments** For pre-paid appointments, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the pre-paid amount.
